In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to 777kora is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using any service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777kora is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities and persons acting as agents, proxies, or fiduciaries for another individual may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 777kora complies with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.

• You have not previously had an account closed by 777kora for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Depositing funds sourced from another individual and wagering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

If 777kora has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the Platform reserves the right to suspend access to the account, place a temporary hold on any pending withdrawals, and request documentary evidence of eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

Each individual may maintain only one active account on 777kora at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Deposit Rules:

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum single withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• The majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may be up to 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• 777kora reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Real-money Balance is always available for withdrawal subject to KYC status and the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 777kora reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. The Platform will communicate the basis of any such hold to the Player where legally permissible to do so.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all offers:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated on the offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Attempting to stack multiple bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum single-wager restriction of ৳500 per bet (or the equivalent as stated in the specific offer) while a wagering requirement is outstanding. Wagers placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at 777kora's discretion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of each wager toward wagering clearance. Slots typically contribute 100%. • If 777kora reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional loopholes, hedging bets across platforms, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other form of systematic exploitation — it reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void any winnings derived therefrom, and close the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777kora. Engaging in any of the activities listed below — or attempting to do so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Underage Gambling: Registering for or using the Platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or knowingly benefiting from more than one Player Account on 777kora, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to fund your 777kora account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any manner intended to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic hedging, multi-accounting, or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play intent.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with 777kora games or betting markets.

777kora reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 or more months.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 777kora support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Closure on Balances: Where an account is closed by 777kora due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account Balance where the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other conduct causing financial harm to 777kora or its payment providers. In all other closure scenarios, real-money Balance will be returned to the Player after completion of applicable verification checks.

Amendments to These Terms: 777kora reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 777kora following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described above.
